Since Mum's funeral, I have been busy recommending Exit Funerals to everyone I come across. The team there are so kind and compassionate, but also down to earth. They are genuine people who are trying to make a very difficult experience easier and meaningful. They do not charge the exorbitant extra add-on fees that other funeral directors I had quotes from charge. One of the things we really appreciated was the handmade ply-wood coffin that are made on site and are lined in calico. They are beautiful, can be decorated by the family and are very affordable. We were able to put in Mum's pillow and blanket in with her. The Exit team were happy for us to do a family led funeral and were there to support us in any way we needed. We are so grateful and cannot thank them enough for making Mum's farewell so perfect.
