I so appreciated the warmth and sensitivity of Helen in her handling of taking Mum away and of the accommodation of allowing us the day to have with her before that occurred. The discussion in and around arrangements was also caring, helpful and accommodating.

We so appreciated your accommodation of timeframes allowing us to have the day with Mum before being collected by Helen which she did with such sensitivity and empathy. The sense of warmth, caring and accommodating of our exact wishes was appreciated and discussion of arrangements straight forward and helpful. The whole experience has been so positive including the cost. I will definitely be recommending Exit Funeral Services. It was my mother who gave me the little cut out ad' from the mid-weeker paper that pointed me in this direction also :)
